Clinical Decision Making
All clinical decisions, including treatment recommendations, goals, service levels, and program modifications, are determined by qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts using assessments, data, professional judgment, and ethical standards. Services may be modified or discontinued when clinically appropriate.
Parent and Caregiver Responsibilities
Parents and caregivers are responsible for providing accurate information and supporting recommended strategies. The Clinic of Hope is not responsible for limited progress resulting from missed sessions, inconsistent attendance, or lack of follow through outside of therapy sessions.
Assumption of Risk
ABA therapy may involve play based activities, movement, skill practice, and interaction with materials or peers. While reasonable safety precautions are taken, participation involves inherent risks. By enrolling in services, parents and caregivers acknowledge and accept these risks. The Clinic of Hope is not liable for minor injuries, emotional responses, or incidental occurrences unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Clinic of Hope, its owners, clinicians, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or website use.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. The Clinic of Hope reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to staffing, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. Specific attendance and cancellation policies are provided during intake.
